TITEL IV: Rechte und Pflichten der Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen und touristischer Unternehmen.

KAPITEL I: Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen
Artikel 21. Rechte.
Für die Zwecke dieses Gesetzes und unbeschadet der Bestimmungen der Gesetzgebung zur Verteidigung und zum Schutz von Verbrauchern und Nutzern oder anderer anwendbarer Gesetze haben die Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen das Recht:

a) wahrheitsgemäße, ausreichende, verständliche, unzweideutige, rationale und vor Vertragsabschluss erteilte Informationen über die angebotenen Dienstleistungen sowie über den vollständigen Endpreis einschließlich Steuern, gegebenenfalls unter Aufschlüsselung der Höhe der anwendbaren Erhöhungen oder Rabatte, erhalten zum Angebot.
b) Besorgen Sie sich die Dokumente, die die Vertragsbedingungen bescheinigen.
c) Zugang zu touristischen Einrichtungen gemäß den in diesem Gesetz festgelegten Bedingungen.

Artikel 22. Pflichten.
Für die Zwecke dieses Gesetzes und unbeschadet der Bestimmungen anderer anwendbarer Gesetze sind die Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen verpflichtet:

TITEL IV: Rechte und Pflichten der Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen und touristischer Unternehmen.

KAPITEL I: Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen
Artikel 21. Rechte.
Für die Zwecke dieses Gesetzes und unbeschadet der Bestimmungen der Gesetzgebung zur Verteidigung und zum Schutz von Verbrauchern und Nutzern oder anderer anwendbarer Gesetze haben die Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen das Recht:

a) wahrheitsgemäße, ausreichende, verständliche, unzweideutige, rationale und vor Vertragsabschluss erteilte Informationen über die angebotenen Dienstleistungen sowie über den vollständigen Endpreis einschließlich Steuern, gegebenenfalls unter Aufschlüsselung der Höhe der anwendbaren Erhöhungen oder Rabatte, erhalten zum Angebot.
b) Besorgen Sie sich die Dokumente, die die Vertragsbedingungen bescheinigen.
c) Zugang zu touristischen Einrichtungen gemäß den in diesem Gesetz festgelegten Bedingungen.
d) touristische Dienstleistungen zu den angebotenen oder vereinbarten Bedingungen zu erhalten und in jedem Fall, dass die Art und Qualität ihrer Erbringung in direktem Verhältnis zur Kategorie des Unternehmens oder der touristischen Einrichtung steht.
e) Ihre Sicherheit und die ihres Eigentums sowie ihre Privatsphäre in der Einrichtung gemäß den in der geltenden Gesetzgebung festgelegten Bedingungen ordnungsgemäß gewährleistet und über alle Umstände informiert werden, die ihre Ruhe und Ruhe beeinträchtigen könnten.

j) Beschwerden und Reklamationen formulieren und Informationen über das Verfahren zu deren Einreichung und deren Behandlung einholen.
k) Ein Schlichtungssystem in Tourismusangelegenheiten durch Mechanismen mit schiedsgerichtlichem Charakter anzurufen.
l) Von der zuständigen Verwaltung Informationen zu den verschiedenen Aspekten erhalten
die Ressourcen und das touristische Angebot Andalusiens.
m) Informationen über die Bedingungen der Zugänglichkeit von touristischen Ressourcen, Dienstleistungen und Infrastrukturen erhalten.
n) über ihre repräsentativsten Organisationen an öffentlichen Entscheidungsverfahren teilnehmen, die sie im Zusammenhang mit dem Tourismus betreffen könnten.

Artikel 22. Pflichten.
Für die Zwecke dieses Gesetzes und unbeschadet der Bestimmungen anderer anwendbarer Gesetze sind die Nutzer touristischer Dienstleistungen verpflichtet:

a) Beachten Sie die Regeln des Zusammenlebens und der Hygiene, die für die ordnungsgemäße Nutzung touristischer Einrichtungen vorgeschrieben sind.
b) Respektieren Sie die Regeln des internen Regimes von touristischen Einrichtungen, sofern sie nicht gegen das Gesetz verstoßen.
c) Bei der Beherbergung von Touristen das vereinbarte Datum der Abreise aus der Einrichtung einhalten und die belegte Einheit frei lassen.
d) die vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen zum Zeitpunkt der Rechnungsstellung oder innerhalb der vereinbarten Frist zu bezahlen, ohne dass die Geltendmachung einer Reklamation eine Zahlungsbefreiung bedeutet.
e) Respektieren Sie die Einrichtungen, Einrichtungen und Ausrüstungen von Tourismusunternehmen.
f) Respektieren Sie die Umwelt, das historische und kulturelle Erbe und die touristischen Ressourcen Andalusiens.
